林易
作為2014年魯賓斯坦國際鋼琴比賽的銀獎得主，林易的技術精準，演奏極富魅力與想像力。13歲時首次與紐約愛樂樂團合作。近年在卡內基音樂廳首演柴科夫斯基鋼琴協奏曲，紐約時報稱讚其「完美無瑕的表達，有著令人驚嘆的音色和精妙絕倫的力度、色彩變化。」
他的獨奏演出遍及亞洲、美國和歐洲，包括慕尼黑加斯泰格文化中心、巴黎盧浮宮、都柏林國家音樂廳、臺北國家音樂廳、紐約卡內基音樂廳、華盛頓肯尼迪中心、上海大劇院以及東京的浜離宮朝日音樂廳。2018/19樂季，他在中東攜手杜拜協奏曲協會和巴林春季文化節首次合作登臺。他亦於2019年春重返臺灣，在三座城市舉辦了獨奏巡演。2021至2022年，林易在西班牙巴斯克地區巡迴演出。其他亮點包括在柏林愛樂樂團與柯蒂斯巡演和卡拉揚學院的首次亮相，以及在歐洲、美國和亞洲的獨奏會。
林易的藝術天賦自幼便展現無遺，10歲被茱莉亞音樂學院以全額獎學金錄取，師從卡普林斯基（Yoheved Kaplinsky），年僅13歲與紐約愛樂樂團在林肯中心艾弗瑞·費雪大廳首次演出。其精彩的協奏曲演出還包括全美公共廣播電臺《頂端》（From the Top）節目、WQXR電臺《青年藝術家展示會》（Young Artists Showcase）節目，以及美國公共電視網於2015年首映的范·克萊本大賽紀錄片《超技》（Virtuosity）中等重要演出。
除了在美國音樂藝術家協會大賽上凱旋而歸之外，2012年對林易來說是意義非凡的一年；他贏得了威廉·卡佩爾國際大賽（William Kapell International Piano Competition）和茱莉亞音樂學院吉娜·巴克豪爾鋼琴大賽（Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition）頭獎，並憑藉在巴洛克與當代音樂領域的卓越表現和無與倫比的鋼琴技藝，在希爾頓黑德國際鋼琴大賽（Hilton Head International Piano Competition）史無前例地一舉斬獲三項大獎。

A top prize winner of the Arthur Rubinstein International Piano Competition in Tel Aviv, Steven Lin is establishing himself as one of the most distinctive and original artists of his generation. He first made his debut with the New York Philharmonic at the age of 13. Recently, he made a sensational Carnegie Hall debut playing the Tchaikovsky Piano Concerto no. 1, and has been hailed by the New York Times for playing that is “…immaculately voiced and enhanced by admirable subtleties of shading and dynamics.”
Recent recital appearances include major cities across the Asia, US and Europe at venues such as Gasteig in Munich, Louvre in Paris, National concert hall of Dublin, National concert hall of Taipei, Carnegie Hall in New York, Kennedy Center in Washington DC, Shanghai Concert Hall, and Hamarikyu Hall in Tokyo. In the 2018-19 season, He made his debuts in Dubai and Bahrain Spring Festival in the Middle East. He also returned to Taiwan for a Three-city recital tour in spring 2019. In the 2021-2022 season, Steven embarked on his recital tour in the Basque region of Spain. Additional highlights include debut at the Berlin Philharmonie with Curtis on Tour and Karajan Academy and recitals across Europe, United States, and Asia. This summer, he will be appear in the Taipei Music Academy and Festival and Conrad Prebys Series making his debut with the San Diego Symphony Orchestra.
Steven Lin’s artistry was clear from an early age when he was accepted by The Juilliard School on a full scholarship to study with Yoheved Kaplinsky at the age of ten, which in turn led to his debut with the New York Philharmonic in Avery Fisher Hall when he was only 13. He has appeared on radio broadcasts including NPR’s From The Top and WQXR’s Young Artists Showcase, and he is featured prominently in the Cliburn Competition documentary film, Virtuosity, which premiered on PBS in 2015.
Steven Lin completed the Artist Diploma program at the Curtis Institute of Music, under the guidance of Robert McDonald, and before that, he earned both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees at The Juilliard School, studying with Mr. McDonald, Matti Raekallio, and Yoheved Kaplinsky
